urine therapy. will take YEARS probably to reduce medicines

hi,
it will take years probably to reduce my medicines.
now, i used to drink tea to keep me awake.
what happens if i drink plain water instead.

when i was in a tourist spot, i drank urine all day (just drops of it)
and i kept on urinating transparent white urine and going to the
toilet all day long (I took all my medicines my mouth).
This lasted for a month.

Now, I am sleepy and am going to stay awake playing chess with my
friend and peeing and having a bath in "old urine" and then wash it
off.

Keep the medicines intact is my motto ----- and listen to all your
care-givers.  You never know when mania is creeping up on you.  Mania
is loss of judgment.

My vision is unclear because of medications, and my shoulder (left)
pains and my right toe pains because of wearing fancy leather shoes
for 2 days. (hard leather) so perhaps canvas shoes (cheapest) is
better.  if your shoes heel wears out towards the inside dr bhavasar
