Well, I wear canvas shoes (none of your expensive Nikes / Reeboks for
me or leather shoes unless I am forced to wear them for a great
occassion ?
Because I asked Dr Bhavasar of http://spacetimemotion.tripod.com
whether my right toe paining pained because of the leather shoes (hard
leather). He said yes, canvas shoes are soft and are compatible with
your soft skin. He wears open sandals (possible in India's weather).
Once he told me of a great way to stop the ring-worm.
Wear underwear without elastic =----- where the elastic based
underwear hugs the skin moisture is formed. That moisture gives you
ringworm ---- so I wear cotton pants --- or you can wear (get it
stitched I guess) cotton shorts without any elastic in them.
No hip-hugging underwear.
