i reduced the trinicalm plus slightly in the morning (very slightly
about 1/16th of the tablet). No sense getting addicted to the med in
the morning and then de-addicted at night.
now, i remember that when you bathe in fresh urine (acidic) after some
time, the towel is ripped off to tatters (in 10 days). So I've
decided to do what the damar tantra says and massage in old urine (the
older the better --- and definetely not acidic).
now for the face, i've decided to wash it in old urine and then wash
off the old urine immediately (like soap).
and for the hair, i've decided to wash it in old urine.
i've poured fresh urine on a worm once (nothing happenned to it) when
i poured old urine on the worm it wriggled and ran away.
