How can I be totally committed to being completely smoke-free?

Hi all.

I'm newly off the tobacco and spending every waking moment trying to
strengthen my commitment or determination to never ever smoke again.

I can deal with craziness and cravings and all that, but what escapes
me the most, and has in the past, is the ability to be totally
committed to myself to never smoke again.

Anyway, so many people suggest looking for the expertise of others
that I've thought I'd post something.
