PolarBear made it to two month

whhhoooo I actually made it. I never thought I would with all the stress 
going on around me. All those endless day's when I thought a cigarette
would 
make me feel better. I made it again to two month and I know I am not
going 
to smoke today.

here are some of the things that helped me to get through the rough times:

-At work was the hardest place not to smoke but there I am in uniform and
I 
always had to remember SteveS answer to my signature request  Permission 
denied, soldier.  Carry on...it made me smile and I did carry on without 
smoking. After all I am still a soldier and very proud wearing my uniform.

and NO my uniform does not smell like smoke anymore :)

-the sup****t from you guys and the feeling of not being alone - knowing I 
have a whole army of non smokers behind me
- face book members keeping me busy
- e-mails outside from AS3
- not wanting to re****t that I smoked
- being on the AS3 quit list
- prove that I am a rocker and hell I am a very proud Rocker
- knowing that Adam and Cheri are walking behind me
- finding two Heros I am looking up to. thanks Stephanie and Marvin
- learning to reach out for help thanks Edna for helping me understanding 
this part
- reading, posting and chatting and having fun
- AZ daily thought --- believe it or not this is the first thing in the 
morning I have with my coffee. so don't ever think of stopping to post
them 
or I will bombard you with snow balls.

l(((((Stephanie )))) I am thinking of you and hope you are okay. Just 
letting you know that I now understand what you meant with being 
accountable.  I know you will be as proud of me as I am right now. I did
it 
handling the mood swings without smoking. You showed me it is possible.

Now you all can guess what I did today to celebrate my two month of not 
smoking. LOL

two months, 1 hour, 2 minutes and 26 seconds. 610 cigarettes not smoked, 
saved $250.28 to pay for her Wii.
