Millions of people in the 3rd world, where some of this money will be
spent, haven't enough to eat. Now, I don't know for sure, but I'd say
that smoking is probably cheap and food is scarce and expensive. I'm
not saying they shouldn't quit smoking. I'm saying they have more
im****tant issues - like food.
