I am REALLY PROUD of you Chris. This can be done you know, however you
get there in the end doesn't matter. Sure it's tough at times, VERY
tough. All things that are bad and unpleasant in life usually pass and
become better over time. Wait the cravings and the added pressures of
your situation out. Keep things simple, be good to yourself, get good
sleep, eat the right things, stay connected to people and if you can
get a bit of fresh air and exercise. Do not get that I don't give a
**** head on again if you can help it.
