On July 22, 1998 at 11:31 pm I put out my last cigarette and went to bed.
Woke up on July 23 and began my new life as a non-smoker. 10 years ago
I
was watching the seconds drag by on my quit meter thinking that time would
never pass.
But time has passed ... and Quickly at that. Ha. Easy to say now.
I read and re-read ALL of the posts on AS3 and spent day after day deep in
brain fog for what seemed like an eternity. But it wasn't an eternity and
the days that I have been free of the nicodemon far out number the days I
spent breaking free. It has been SO worth it.
So for all the new (and maybe not so new) quitters Hang in There! It
gets
easier. It does pass.
Smoking is NOT a reasonable response.
