Chest feels OK today, that tightness is gone. I'm putting my faith in
the nebulizer thing. Yes, I am making sure I don't sit for too long at
any time, for example sitting at the PC, as I've found this seems to
affect my walking to some extent for a while afterwards.
Thisis just since the cracked tailbone incident. A daily dose of the
treadmill will probably take care of it in time.
Don't know if there is an asthma center around here, but given my lack of
success in obtaining trans****t assistance, getting there would be a
problem.
Monday, For example, I was ninety minutes late getting into the
doctor's due to the crass stupidity of the taxi driver. Drive you to
