: Greek shrimp w/ tomatoes, garlic, parsley, white wine and feta cheese; a
: creamy, lemon risotto w/ scallions; spinach salad w/ fresh mango, pine
nuts
: and a blood orange/balsamic vinaigrette. To wash it down, great la****ngs
of
: Retsina for those adventurous enough to try it, or some Casal Garcia--
: slightly effervescent, dry, ****tuguese white wine-- for more timid
palates.
: Dessert is assorted sorbets (Lemon, Mango, Cassis, Raspberry-- with
fresh
: fruit: Mangoes, Peaches, Blackberries, Blueberries, Strawberries.
: Followed by plenty of sighing, burping and (hopefully) surreptitious
: farting.
: I'm taking a little break in between doing my mise-en-place and getting
: prepped to cook.
: This is a good day. I've needed one for a while, now.
