Was the month before I quit smoking (since I quit in August, right).
Stress levels were massive. I was in the final weeks of an 8 month
multimedia programming course at the local college, I had quit my job at
the National Research Center 9 months prior, unemployment benefits were
due to run out, neighbor was being a douchebag, Mrs A had broken her
ankle weeks before and was suffering one huge blood clot the length of
her leg, the house was trashed and my kids were 10 and 8 years old.
I'm still alive.
I quit smoking.
Don't give up.
Ever.
