Well, my final day of smoking has arrived. Going to have a bit of a
blow out on booze and cigs tonight - a bit of aversion therapy never
goes amiss! :) - then look forward to being a non-smoker tomorrow.
Have previously stopped for a month (after reading alan carr's book
last year) but have been smoking pretty heavily since one night of
being drunk and picking up a cig. However, need to really do it this
time... for a girl! :) It's been nine long years since i started
smoking and kicking this habit for good is long overdue. At the
moment I'm feeling pretty relaxed about quitting and quite positive -
but I guess I'll have to see if that's how I'm feeling in a day or
two.
Anyway, any sup****t, suggestions or ideas will be greatly appreciated.
