To all my Quitbuddies, well, at least those that remember me......... and
for the newbies that don't....
this is proof proper that it is worth it!
Just look below at how much money I have saved, and in fact, probably a
lot
more, as my meter is still running at the old price of a 20 pack, which
has
increased a lot in the almost 5 years since I quit.
From a pack a day smoker of over 25 years, if I can do it, you can too,
and
that's a promise!
I rarely think about smoking these days, except to feel glad I'm free -
and
when I catch a whif of smoke and glance at a smoker drawing on a cigarette
I
think how unattractive it looks and how nice I now smell and how 'I dont
have to do that any more.'
So after 'Hell Week' and the couple of weeks following, when the nicotine
is
leaving your body, the rest is just mind conditioning. The withdrawal
symptoms are 90% mind/thought and only 10% physical I believe.
So as I always said and still do.....
Keep on *Keeping on*, stay away from *The Edge* and that's all you have to
do
(advisingly)
