without sup****t from AS3

I always knew AS3 sup****t was a big sup****t, but until today I did not 
realize that how much AS3 helped me to not smoke. It really helped to read

and post here so the urge would go away. -- AS3 was always a life line, I 
could go to when I knew I couldn't make it anymore.

Sympatico now even cut us of from dial up. And I have paid all my bills.
Now 
we have no internet at all. I went to the library. I badly survived last 
night and I know I can't survive another day without sup****t. I am already

having a hard time with all the crab going on in my mind and a terrible
mood 
drop. Now I am all alone. :(

damm, I guess is going back to smoking until I get my internet access back

and have sup****t. I don't even have friends around here who quit smoking I

can could call. Most of my friends are non smoker. And the one that
smokes, 
he keeps on trying to quit but can't is a real big sup****t telling me if
its 
to much stress maybe its better to smoke again. My husband just call me 
stupid when I tell him I want to smoke.

so **** it all I am off to smoke. I will be back when I am online again
