Usually if you decide to chat, there is a two-part process to be
successful.
Open the room up by going to http://www.as3chat.com/
and logging
in.
At the same time, post to the NG that you are in chat. The odd are
high that someone will show up within a few minutes.
I've used this method in the past and had many good chats this way.
