No this is not spam.  Its so entertaining to think that my
achievements are what you consider spam.   Thats just fine, I guess
that due to the fact I arent showing off my little, how long, how many
smokes I havent smoked and how much life I saved makes me a spammer.

But I guess that because I tried to shed a little light on how I quit
was of no consequence.
