58 hours and counting

Thanks for all your welcomes the other day. I thought I'd post a quick 
update.

It's now been 58 hours since my last smoke.  I'm still feeling okay. 
Much, 
much better than I have on the few other occations I've tried to stop 
smoking over the last 25 years.

I've been at home all day today doing general cleaning and gardening while

we get the house ready for selling.  I don't know whether it was easier 
being at home, or whether it would have been easier in the office, but 
either way, today hasn't been too bad.  I had a few minutes in the early 
evening where I could have very easily given in, but I keep thinking that 
now I've done so long (for me!), it would just be stupid to smoke one and 
effectivly waist that 58 hours.

So, I'm confident that I'll last until 72 hours, which is tomorrow
morning. 
Maybe I'll smoke tomorrow, but I don't think I'll feel like it.
