And from today, Holland is going to the no smoking in enclosed public
places. In  the infamous cafes where dope is smoked (illegal but
tolerated) you will not be allowed to mix tobacco with your cannabis. I
know little of such things, but I wondered what the effect will be on the
addict if he/she inhales pure cannabis smoke?
