Yes, let's work on AZ about that attitude.  Thinking "I can't/Won't"
assures that cover letters will go unread, because the attitude ****nes
through.
 Fifty is no longer old.  People change careers many times in their
lives. 

AZ quit smoking.  That required dedication, committment,
self-discipline, and great effort. 
 Arguably, taking a Calculus Course would be easier.

So, none of THAT, AZ!  Fifty is a great age now. Fifty is in my rear
view mirror now, but I recall fifty.
My co-workers has a party for me with black bunting and black
balloons. The balloons were filled with Argon, so they would hang
heavily from the ceiling like grapes.
A year later that division closed.  

What the fifties were really like for me, looking back:

Changed careers.
Learned a foreign language.
Had absolutely the best piece of ass in my entire life.
Started a business.
Started exercising and dieting.
Learned to be reasonably happy.
Stopped taking bull****.
Places I worked STILL call me for consulting jobs.

It's WIN, WIN, WIN.

I just looked at Monster.com  in my Zip Code.
Yes, I would have to be flexible and take a cut or downgrade, but "No
Jobs"??
No Way.

Now go get it!  :-)
