Not to smoke during the day becomes easier and easier and the funny part is
that I don't even realize it. My thinking changed from I have to quit
smoking to I don't want to smoke. I never knew that it would make a big
difference.
I now eat breakfasts and get ready for the day. Another change I made is
that I no longer use the phone outside. In my house I never smoked. I
found
drinking lots of water helps too.
Today I went on a 50 km bike ride and after I managed to get up a very
steep
hill out of breath I told myself it's about time to quit smoking. There
was
only one moment when I felt like smoking and that was after lunch but I
ate
cherries instead :)
/me stole all the snow balls and put them in a safe place so we can play
together later :)
