Want to quit?

by Inky <InkyNL@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jun 10, 2008 at 04:16 AM

Every time you douse your cigarette, you already quit smoking. In
about 20 minutes, you feel the urge you want another cigarette. This
are the very early, minor withdrawal cues. Then you have a choice to
make. Do you give in and relapse to another cigarette or do you wait
for them to pass and remain quit.

You see, quitting is easy, you already do that about 20 times a day on
average.

"The strength of nicotine addiction lies not in how hard it is to
quit, but in how easy it is to relapse." (Joel Spitzer, www.whyquit.com)
