getting out and about, well a bit

Some of you may remember  I sustained some slight injuries   about
two weeks ago in a fall.
So here is a renditionof howit's going.
A physiotherapist took me out into the passage outside the apartment and
I did one perambulation before returning to my seat in a n exhausted
condition.
She did the same on a following visit and this time I did two trips along
the corridor and she expressed satisfaction at this progress
Didn't show up Thursday so I took myself out and did three trips along
the passage, then had some trouble finding my front door! I'd fixed a
self adhesive round button to the e door so i eventually did identify it
and got in again.
Unfamiliar areas are a dark mystery when your eyesight  is buggered.
Today I was taken down to the ground floor where my bank.  Frost's Bank
(advert) calls on Fridays.  So I was able to resuscitate my wallet,
which was in a thin starved condition.
This evening after dinner I once again ventured out into the passage and
this time made five trips up and down and successfully found  my door.
So, we make progress....
I was told at the hospital it would be four weeks before I would be
walking again but at this rate, maybe it will take less time.
