Hello my little munchkins :-)

First of all thank you to Lynn who told me I was MIA :-) I emailed
flatironmike and he has enrolled me back on the list :-)

So how is everyone and their quits?

For those who do not know me :-) I am Mel, I am 36, I live in the cold
UK, am at school training to be a social worker and have been quit
since March 04... I had smoked since I was 11, smoking 20+ per day and
in the end with the help of Zyban, Patches, chewing gum, inhalator,
smoking cessation group and the mad bunch here...I quit, and have
stayed quit ever since.......

Any Lynn, no I have no broken bones at this present time, but there is
time yet lol...
