One week done :)
This is the longest period of time I have been smoke free in quite a
while.
I quit for almost one year in 2006, blew that, and quit for a couple of
days at a time since then, but my
heart was just not in it.
This time seems to be different, for some reason that I do not know....
this quit is almost identical to my
"almost one year quit"
I have much more confidence that I can do it.
One full week is huge for me
