It's not really a recipe jacks :-) ... just some onion and garlic,
pepper and salt with ****k side ribs for 6 hours in a slow cooker.
Then some rib BBQ sauce on 'em before they hit the hot ***y gril. The
time on the BBQ (***y gril) is only 15 minutes usually.
For the most part I enjoy food kind of plain. Steamed veggies (carrots,
Brussels sprouts, broccoli etc) are fine with just a bit of pepper and
salt. I think part of this too is that since I quit smoking my taste
buds are able to pick up and appreciate the subtle flavours of foods. My
grilled veggies I have with pasta are usually green & red peppers,
onions, ****tabello mushrooms, garlic, carrots, zucchini, and celery
heated in olive oil and sprinkled with Italian seasoning.
Any bread recipes that have a lot of ingredients I usually avoid (French
bread is just flour, salt, yeast and water and it tastes great). I'm
not a fan of complexity when it comes to meal prep -- simple, healthy,
tasty.
I could on forever talking about food ... 'Spice Theory', if it exists,
is something I'd like to study.
I will take pics tho of the ribs when they're done!
Cheers Jacks! Hope you have a great day!
