Work -- Again

First, I didn't apply for the CNC machinists job.

My niece is a yoga teacher.  We have great mutual admiration for one 
another.  She read a book where if you do what you really love then the 
money will happen on it's own.  It seems to work for her. :-)

I love baking.  My new breads are outselling the standard specialty 
breads ... maybe because they're new and different.  Maybe because they 
taste good.  I'll assume it's the latter.

Anyhow, I enjoy what I'm doing right. At this point I'm learning on my 
own, thru trial and error (the ciabatta bread last I made with a 3 day 
old preferment I suspect I overbaked but the flavour was great ... so 
this weekend I'll try another loaf at home).

 From what I've read most bakers learn this way.  Even the famous ones. 
  I'm not aiming or world acclaim, but I do love what I do.  So I will 
keep on doing what I do.

Oh -- and the music is usually typical of what I have cranked while I'm 
working.  I love music too eh.

Second! I don't smoke.  I smell like bread.  Life is Good.
