I had a colostomy due to rectal cancer, 12 years ago. I'm adjusted,
and at this point it does not seem like such a big deal after all.
I use irrigation and a mini-cap, and I do everything from scuba diving
to fly-fi****ng with hardly a thought about it.
I feel like I've got 98% of my life back.
