PJF,
I flew from Boston to South Carolina back in October, and didn't
have the slightest problem. I will note that my supplies were in my
checked luggage, so I don't know what would happen carrying that stuff
through security.
On the return flight, I got tagged for the extra screening process,
and the pat-down lasted 10 seconds, and the guy didn't even notice my
appliance (nor the drainage tube I have sticking out of the other side
of my lower abdomen).
