I've only flown a handful of times, but never had any problems re: the bag.
I don't know where your from, but here in the UK we can get a travel
certificate from most of the ostomy suppliers that explains in many
languages that we have an ostomy and that if any examinations are required
by security, then a doctor needs to be present, so it might be worth, if
your not in the UK seeing if any of your ostomy suppliers do the same sort
of thing.
