This stuff is all fine and dandy for those of you without hypertension,
but if you're like me and have high blood pressure, you need to use
less salt. I use a salt substitute that (like splenda is from sugar) is
made from salt. it still tastes good, has enough sodium to replenish my
needs but also some potassium to keep my heart normal. i get it from
www.lessalt.com - i haven't seen it at the supermarket.
