I'm not sure how much sugar is in it, but I use a commercial preparation
called Emergen-C. It has lots of electrolytes in it, as well as B
complex
and vitamin C. I use it to stave off cramps and the neuralgic side
effects
from chemo, had colon cancer, still mets in the liver and lungs. It
works
quite well, for me.
