Hi Diana,

I am fairly new to this and have only had my ostomy for about 5 months,
but as soon as I could, I switched to the two piece disposable bags.
That way I don't have to worry about cleaning the ends of the type you
are referring too. I have a colostomy, but am pretty sure they make the
closed end pouches for an ileostomy as well. If your friend wants to
stick with the type she has, I would recommend baby wipes.
