Friends,
I have a dear friend who has had an ileostomy for over 25 years.
She is used to the two-piece ostomy bags which close with a clamp.
She has recently started trying the one-piece roll-up pouches. She
doesn't like the fact that to clean the bag ends, she has to use toilet
paper. Then, the paper gets on the strip which holds the bag closed,
and reduces its effectiveness with closing.
Can someone e-mail me with a suggestion as to how to clean the ends of
the bag without using toilet paper?
