so, is there a difference between a hernia belt and an ostomy belt? I
have an ostomy belt that hooks to either side of my bag, but this looks
extremely different from the belts I have heard people talk about...the
belts I have seen dont' appear to hook to anything but cover the
colostomy?
Also, how do you know if you have a hernia? can you feel it coming on
and prevent it or is it just there one day?
