The theory of this high school graduate is that MS is a disease
of the Blood Brain Barrier.  It is one of the duties of the BBB
to prevent killer T-cells from getting into the area where our
myelin lives.  

Myelin is produced by oligodendracytes and many believe it is
these which are attacked rather than myelin.  I could be full of
balogna here, too.
