Just a question here - as Alaska is a USA state, who has the right to
change
the constitution if not the voters? Eg, if they are saying only the
elected
Govt of the state has that right, then what is there to stop the state
govt
from changing he constitution so that it is illegal for them to lose
office?
In short, that idea seems ludicrous that the voters dont have the right to
change the constitution. After all, the constitution is an agreed upon set
of laws that the people accept, not something that a dictator imposes!
