I suspect each of us experiences our own time frame and that we
catapult from one stage to the next and back again over and over
again. And even when we reach acceptance we can land up back
in denial for a time...
I sometimes visualise it as a an elastic band... we stretch the
elastic and we experience a sense of freedom but something in
our victim and scarcity mentality calls us back and so it shrinks
back into place. And we stretch it again, this time a little more or
less than the last time... and we repeat the exercise over and over
and over and over again... until one day we are either through and
past it all or we find something/one else to 'fill that gap'
tem****arily
cos it's all we can handle for now...
