Are any of these GERD triggers?

by Steve <nomail@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jan 27, 2008 at 06:44 AM

In the past, the only food that I ever noticed triggering a gerd
attack was onions and garlic. Normally, if I avoid those, I'm fine.
Last night I had a pretty bad attack, and I didn't eat a single onion
and no garlic. I ate at a buffet and had several foods that I don't
normally have. The list below is what I remember eating.

Are any of these foods common gerd triggers?

BBQ Chicken
Butter crusted fish

Hard corn taco shell
Diced tomatoes
Rice with taco spices
Taco sauce

Baked beans
Raw Carrots
Garbonzo beans
Hard boiled Eggs
Raw white mushrooms
Raw Broccoli
Black olives
French dressing
Mustard

Apple crisp
Peach cobbler
Cherry cobbler

Thanks,
Steve
