Wow!  Great quesion!  I hope somebody has some insight on this one.  I've 
had multiple painful surgeries in the past year and a half and have
noticed 
the same thing that Marie stated.

I remember when 1/2 fioricet knocked me for a loop.  Now, after taking 
vicodin, percocet, etc. for joint replacements in my big toes and my knee
--  
the migraine seems to need quite a bit more to knock it out.  I can't 
believe I can take 2 fioricet and hardly feel it.  I've been tempted to
take 
1/2 more but the rebound I get isn't worth it.

Anybody got an answer to this?  Teri?  Sandy?
