Or we could just send home the 90% of those Foster
Kids who should never have been removed from
their parents in the first place.

Kids are removed WAY too easily and government
is THE WORST parent possible.

It's interesting that you say that they come out
with no connections and no educational op****tunities.

This is how the states ""superior parents"" who
get PAID for it send kids out into the world?
