Hi --
Adult-onset shelfish allergy is, in fact, quite common. Both my mother
and grandmother developed allergies to one shelfish after another when
in their 50s and 60s (which means I'm doomed, I guess) and so have
several friends.
I'm not familiar with aspirin and ibuprofen allergies, but have you
discussed tylenol or celebrex with your physician? One person I know
who suffers from osteoarthritis considers celebrex a miracle drug.
