Hi --

Try out a few drops of nonfat milk.  If that doesn't work, fruit teas
are the way to go.

Veggies are surprisingly filling, so experiment with them.  Rice vinegar
makes a good salad dressing all by itself, no oil needed.

Well-trimmed chicken and broiled or baked fish are also filling.
