Bah humbug no more milk a rant

Admitted to hospital &  was found I had Gallstoneswhich were blocking
the bile duct ad some other problems. For surgery 6 weeks time.BUt I
now have to have a low fat diet. Milk and cheese being a huge part of
my diet I guess will make me hungry again. Stupi as specialist wants me
to kose weight if possible and the day before the Dietican told me I
wasn't eating enough! Good job I love lettuce. Can't tolerate soyamilk
either.My GP said try a cuppa with a tiny drop of milk in it for
brakfast and I felt so sick after three mouthfuls I went out to buy
Fruit teas.
