Soy is indeed hard to avoid. And many restaurants use soybean oil because
it
is cheap. You need to find a restaurant that cooks from scratch. Avoid
the
chain places because they almost always use soy in everything! Ask for a
plain piece of meat like chicken breast or steak with no sauce on it. A
baked potato is probably safe. A salad with no dressing, just lemon,
should
be safe. Avoid croutons.
