There's no general answer to this.  Could be no problem ever, could
be instant anaphylaxis.

Not really.  But why the interest?  It's not like apricot seeds are
a food anybody really needs.  (I used to eat apricot kernel butter
occasionally, haven't seen it for years and hadn't thought about it
until your question).
