After a few days of keeping a food diary, one possibility has arisen...I
still have to experiment further...but I wondered if sugar could be the
source of the joint pain?
It would make sense. When I eliminated milk from my diet, my diet (and
the pain) improved...and there was less sugar...except for what might be
in my orange juice (natural vs refined perhaps).
Is it a possibility?
