Well, it *is* Morrisons you're talking about. (For non-UK readers:
they're one of the most downmarket chains in the country, scrabbling
in the gutter with Asda/WalMart and Aldi).
Civil liability is not removed by labelling laws. If this product
did serious damage to somebody, Morrisons could still be sued.

The oil is refined enough that a serious reaction is unlikely. Your
"worst case" isn't really that bad.
Cosmetics are a worse risk. Many of them contain almond oil and
there is even less control over labelling.
