I (healthy male) have been suffering from bad reactions to alcohol and
spicy food. Both substances hurt my stomach, give me cramps in my
intestines and worst of all change my mood. When exercising, I sweat
profusely and I don't seem to be able to get rid of excess heat. Cold
weather and stress make reactions worse.
How does alcohol (beer, wine) upset stomach and intestines? Or spicy
food?
