What you're describing doesn't fit the symptom pattern of a food
allergy (*some* allergy maybe, not *all* of it). The most likely
syndrome to me is globus hystericus, an anxiety disorder which is
unpleasant but treatable. BUT you need to see a general practitioner,
as those symptoms can be caused by anything from lupus to oesophageal
cancer.
