Although not diabetic, I am allergic to meat, fowl, fish, seafood,
dairy, eggs, nuts, seeds, cereals, grains, root veggies, most fruits
amd most spices. What's left? Non-root veggies like zuchininis, opo
squash, cabbage, collards, celery and apple. For proteins, I
supplement with free-form amino acids.

It is possible that your condition is caused by chronic stress/anxiety
along with factors such as genes, toxins, pollutants, heavy metals,
etc. This can cause disregulation of your endocrine system. You could
try the following:

1. Stress Mgmt: Prayer, meditation, yoga, ti chi, stretching, walks,
sauna, dancing, singing, etc.
2. Hormone Replacement Therapy (ie prednisone and thyroid) to
compensate for damaged glands, usually adrenals.
